Imported from Sweden in june of 2014.

Total distance shown on the original odometer was approx. 28.000km. when it was replaced by current digital unit at the start of 2017.

Motorcycle was renovated and transformed to Café Racer during the winter of 2016. During this process:

New spark plugs (NGK BP6ES)
New battery (12v20ah)
New air filters
Compression test (GOOD)
Cam shaft tensioner unit renovated
Ignition advance unit renovated (both mechanical and electrical parts)
Petrol tank flushed and inspected
New vacuum lines
Custom dualflow petrol lines with two large filters installed (tank now feeds whole carburettor rack instead of only two from each side of the tank)
Carburettor complete strip-down and cleaning
Decarbonisation procedure done
STP petrol system cleaning done

Runs exclusively on 99octane V-Power and never in the rain or snow.

Valve clearance checked and shims adjusted MAY2018.

Following service done before every season:
Engine oil and filter, change
Middle gearbox oil and final gear drive oil, change
Drive shaft splines; disassemble, inspect and re-grease
Cam shaft tensioner adjustment
Carburettor synchronisation

I have another almost complete XS1100 laying around in spare parts; frame, engine, wiring etc.

The bike is a joy to ride and sounds amazing
